Read our Google reviews →Common questions
Is every fall the owner’s fault?
No. In Georgia, the question is usually whether the owner knew or should have known about the hazard, and whether you could have seen and avoided it.
I was attacked in my apartment complex. Can the landlord be responsible?
Possibly, if the attack was reasonably foreseeable, for example because of prior similar crimes, and the owner failed to take reasonable steps. Georgia recently changed some rules for these cases.
How long do I have to file?
In Georgia, generally two years for personal injury. Some product claims also have an outer time limit based on when the product was first sold.
What does it cost?
Nothing up front. Contingency fee: no attorney fee unless we recover money for you.
